Account Terms
These Account Terms explain the agreement between you and Swift Current Casino whenever you use our games. Go through them carefully before registering, since creating an account counts as accepting them.
Agreeing to these terms
Signing up, depositing or betting with us means you agree to these Account Terms. They sit next to our Promotion Terms, How We Handle Your Data, About Cookies, Responsible Gaming, our 19+ Policy and our KYC & AML Policy.
If you do not agree with something here, please do not use the site. You are always welcome to email us first if a point is unclear.
Moving money in and out
Every balance, wager and payout is shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Swift Current Casino adds no fees of its own when you deposit or withdraw.
You can deposit with:
- Interac e-Transfer
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- Online Banking / Trustly
- Paysafecard
- Neosurf
- Bank Wire / Transfer
You can withdraw with:
- Interac e-Transfer
- Visa
- Apple Pay
- Online Banking / Trustly
- Bank Wire / Transfer
Deposits start at C$20, and withdrawals also start at C$20. One Interac withdrawal can reach C$10 000, while one bank transfer can reach C$40 000.
Most cash-outs take 1 hour at minimum and 4 hours at most. Bank wires are slower: allow as much as 12 hours. Every card, wallet or account you use to pay in or cash out must be in your own name.
Every account goes through KYC identity and location checks before its first deposit is accepted. We may ask for more documents before paying out a withdrawal. You can read the full process in our KYC & AML Policy.
Applying Canadian law
Canadian law, together with the laws where you live, applies to these terms. If a dispute can't be settled through our complaints process, a court empowered by those laws decides it.
Checking you can play
To open an account you must be:
- 19 years of age or over
- living in Canada and playing from Canada
- wherever local law permits online casino play
You can play with us anywhere gambling is allowed where you live. We follow Canadian rules for age limits, identity checks and anti-money laundering. Each time you start a session, geolocation checks your location.
You have to be 19 or over to play here. Our 19+ Policy sets out how we stop minors from using the site. A new account can't be opened while a Responsible Gaming self-exclusion is running.
Updating these terms
From time to time we may change these terms, such as when the law changes or we add a new feature. We post every new version on this page, showing the date it takes effect.
We'll email you ahead of any bigger change taking effect. If you play on after the changes go live, you accept the updated terms.
Respecting our content
The Swift Current Casino name and logo, along with the text, images and design of this site, belong to us or are used under licence from their owners. Each game's rights belong to the studio that made it.
The site is for your personal, private play only. Copying, selling or reusing any of its content requires our written permission.
Raising a complaint
Something not working? Email [email protected] with your username, when the problem happened and a short description. Screenshots help a lot.
We answer by email, investigate, and explain what we found and the next steps we will take. If you are not satisfied with our first answer, respond within the same email conversation and a more senior team member will examine the matter again.
Understanding our liability
We take great care with the site, though we can't promise it will be free of errors or always online. Any losses caused by your own equipment, your internet service or events beyond our control are not something we can be held responsible for.
Whatever the claim, the most we will be liable for is the balance in your account that relates to it. Nothing in these limits takes away rights you have under Canadian consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Playing fairly
So the games stay fair for every player, you agree not to:
- let bots, scripts or other programs play on your behalf
- collude with other players to get an edge
- use another person's account, card or identity
- take advantage of a fault in a game or the site
- launder money through the site or move funds that do not legitimately belong to you
- hide your location with a VPN or similar tool
If we find this kind of activity, we may cancel the bets involved, hold back winnings while we check, close your account and inform the authorities where the law requires it.
Claiming bonuses
Bonuses, free spins and Swift Current Rewards come with their own rules. Please read our Promotion Terms before you opt in to any offer.
Knowing the game rules
Each game includes a help or info screen that explains its rules and payouts. Take a look at it before playing.
Results in our slots and RNG table games come from a random number generator, which makes every outcome random. Game fairness is tested independently by eCOGRA / GLI.
Real dealers host our live games from a studio, and the action streams straight to your screen. Each outcome comes from the actual cards, wheel or dice on the table.
A malfunction voids every play and payout. If a game or stream fails, those rounds are cancelled, and any stake on a round that did not finish properly is returned.
Keeping one account
Only one Swift Current Casino account is allowed per person. We will close any additional accounts and may void bonuses or winnings on them.
Everything you enter while registering must be accurate. We ask for your birth date, the name printed on your official identity documents, your current residential address and an email account you actively check. If any of these details changes later, correct them in your account settings so our records stay current. Keep your password private, never handing it to another person, and make it something others would struggle to crack. Suspect that somebody has logged in to your account without permission? Contact us by email right away.
